No. You get 14 full days before we ask for payment details.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What counts as a "source"?

One connection to one tool — so a Jira workspace, an Asana project, a GitHub repo, and a Notion database each count as one source. You can connect multiple workspaces of the same tool if your plan allows.

Does Docket write back to my tools?

Never. Docket is fully read-only. Nothing is created, updated, or deleted in your source tools.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of your billing period, then drop to the Free plan. Your data and sources are preserved — you'll just be limited to 2 sources.
