Common questions

Does the owner see each member's tasks?
No. Owners and managers see a health summary — how many tasks each member has in each column — but never the task names, details, or credentials. Each member's data stays theirs.
Can members use Docket independently too?
Yes. Every team member gets a full personal dashboard — their own sources, their own task board, their own daily digest. The team plan is a personal Pro plan for each member, plus the shared health view on top.
What happens if someone leaves the team?
The owner or manager removes them from the team dashboard in one click. Their seat is freed immediately. Their account is deleted — including all their sources and credentials — so nothing lingers.
Does Docket write back to our project management tools?
Never. Docket is read-only. It fetches your assigned tasks and displays them — nothing is created, updated, or deleted in your source tools. Click a task and it opens in the original platform.
We're already on individual plans. Can we switch?
Yes. The owner creates the team plan, then invites existing users by email. Once they join the team, their individual subscription is cancelled automatically. All their sources and settings carry over.
